Maharashtra Board Enables Online Hall Ticket Corrections for Class 10 and 12 Students
The Maharashtra State Board has introduced a new process allowing Class 10 and 12 students to correct errors on their hall tickets through their respective schools. Students can rectify details like their name, mother’s name, date of birth, and category online by paying a correction fee.
Schools and junior colleges now have access to an “Admit Card Corrections” link to facilitate these changes. Corrections will only be processed if marked as “Send to Board” and accompanied by the necessary fee.
Final approval of the corrections will be handled by the “Desk 1 Final Authority” user, who will operate at the district or taluka level. Once approved, the updated hall tickets will be sent back to schools and junior colleges for distribution to students.
Sharad Gosavi, President of the State Board, stated that this initiative aims to ensure that students have accurate information on their hall tickets for the upcoming exams.
