Kothagudem (Telangana), Nov 6: BRS President and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) on Sunday alleged that the central has got 49 per cent share in state-owned Singareni Collieries due to Congress.

The incompetent Congress took loans from the central government and did not repay them for 40 years and as a result, the Center has got 49 percent share, KCR said while addressing at a praja ashirwada sabha here.

Otherwise, we would have owned the entire property, he claimed Singareni has a history of 134 years and it is Telangana’s gold mine, he said Singareni is Telangana’s property.

Singareni’s fate has been changed in BRS government, he said that we have given 3 percent increment soon after Telangana formed.

The turnover of the company was only 11 thousand crore rupees during the Congress regime, but now, it is 33 thousand crores, the BRS chief claimed.

Similarly, Singareni profits are only Rs. 419 crores and now, it is Rs 2184 crores, he said .

Earlier governments gave only Rs 60 crore to 70 crore per year as bonus every year, but now it is Rs 700 crore.

The BRS government has created 19, 463 jobs in the state against 6400 jobs were created before the Telangana, he said 19,463 jobs created in Telangana state.

Congress union, CPM and CPI unions destroyed dependent jobs, he alleged and said that our government gave dependent jobs to 15256 people.

In the past, if the workers died, Rs one lakh rupees compensation was given, but today, we are giving RS 10 lakhs. We are giving Rs.25 lakh if ​​the dependent does not take the job, said the CM.

Set up a power generation station at Jaipur on the banks of Godavari and it’s PLF is number one in the country, said KCR.
