Harda (MP), Nov 17: A 25-year-old man died after being electrocuted at polling booth number 29 at Dhangaon village in Handia tehsil of Madhya Pradesh’s Harda district on Friday morning.
Collector and District Election Officer Rishi Garg immediately sanctioned financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh from the Red Cross for the family of the deceased.
Collector Shri Garg said that the cause of the incident is being investigated.
He said that strict action will be taken against the officials and employees responsible for the incident.
