Hyderabad, Oct 22 : Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan extended her warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Vijayadashami, a festival celebrated on Monday.
In her message, the Governor expressed her joy and cordial greetings to the people of Telangana, emphasizing the significance of the Navaratri festival. She highlighted the festival’s central theme, the triumph of good over evil, as a symbol of eternal significance.
The Governor also invoked the national credo, “Truth alone Triumphs,” urging everyone to collectively strive against various forms of evil. She specifically mentioned the importance of combatting the spread of diseases, environmental threats, and emphasized the need to work towards creating greener and healthier communities.
Concluding her message, Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan offered a prayer for the Divine Mother’s choicest blessings on this occasion. She expressed hope that the people of Telangana would come together in joyful and festive celebrations of Dasara.
