JeM “hybrid terrorist” arrested in Pulwama

Srinagar, Dec 18 – In a significant operation, security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district have successfully apprehended a “hybrid terrorist” associated with Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM). The individual, identified as Rohail Abdullah, hailing from Nully Poshwari Shopian, had been reported missing since December 8, 2023. The arrest took place in Naina Batapora and resulted in the recovery of a substantial quantity of arms and ammunition.

The seized items included an AK 56 Rifle, two AK 56 magazines, 60 rounds of AK ammunition, five Chinese grenades, one Glock pistol, one pistol magazine, and 26 rounds of pistol live ammunition. This operation is a notable achievement in the ongoing efforts to ensure peace and security in the region.
