Guna (MP), Nov 8: Raising the issue of dignity of womenfolk, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday rained fire by saying that a “towering leader of the haughty combine,” which goes by the name of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, employed language that is “derogatory beyond imagination” while speaking in the context of ladies within a state Assembly.

Addressing a public meeting in this district of election-bound Madhya Pradesh, the visiting dignitary did not name Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar while averring, “However, not even a solitary leader of I.N.D.I.A. uttered a word in protest against this insult.

The individual who made the objectionable statement is constantly part of the game for uprooting the Centre’s present dispensation. Mothers and sisters were seated in the Vidhan Sabha at that juncture.”

Did not the politician experience shame while mouthing such offensive words, the Prime Minister thundered and rhetorically asked the women seated in the gathering whether an individual who harbours such a viewpoint against mothers can bring about any betterment for that category of citizens.

“What misfortune has befallen the country? How low will these people stoop? They are dishonouring the nation at the global level,” he remarked.
