Mumbai, Nov 2: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Wednesday Unveiled a statue of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar at the Wankhede Stadium, in south Mumbai.
Present on the occasion were Sachin Tendulkar and his entire family, Sports Minister Sanjay Bansode, Nationalist Congress Party President Sharad Pawar, BCCI Vice-President Rajeev Shukla, Secretary Jai Amit Shah, Mumbai Cricket Association President Amol Kale, Secretary Ajinkya Naik and other BCCI and MCA office-bearers.
14 ft tall statue been created by Ahmednagar-based sculptor Pramod Kamble.
