Srinagar, Nov 17 – Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha chaired a high-level meeting on Thursday to review the security and development scenario in all 10 districts of the Kashmir Division.
The meeting, attended by top civil and security officials, addressed critical aspects of the region’s security and developmental landscape.
During the meeting, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized the commitment of the J&K Administration to completely eliminate the terror ecosystem. Additionally, he stressed the need for inclusive and progressive development in the union territory.
In a post on social media platform X, LG Sinha stated, “Chaired a high-level meeting in Srinagar today to review the security and development scenario in all 10 districts of Kashmir Division. J&K Administration is committed to completely eliminate the terror ecosystem & to ensure inclusive and progressive development of UT.”
The meeting comes at a crucial time as security forces are actively engaged in operations against militants in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
