Hyderabad, Nov 6: Nurlan Zhalgasbayev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to India, on Sunday made a significant announcement of expanding the jurisdiction of the consular district of the Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad to adjoining states of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
This was announced at the Kazakhstan Republic Day celebrations, hosted in Hyderabad, during the day.
This makes the current Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan, responsible for five states, an unprecedented honor for an Honorary Consul, in India.
” I am honoured and privileged to be bestowed with the responsibility of representing the Republic of Kazakhstan in five young and progressive states of India. This development paves the way for enhanced diplomatic and trade relations between the two countries, especially of the five states, promising a brighter future for bilateral cooperation”, said Dr. Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan.
“I am deeply convinced that the inclusion of these states within the consular district of the Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad, will help leverage the tremendous potential to expand the bilateral trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations between our countries, said Nurlan Zhalgasbayev.
