Kolhapur, Nov 23: Three members of a family were killed on the spot at Puikhadi, an outskirt of the city on Kolhapur-Radha Nagari Road on Thursday morning, police said.
Police said, a speedy private sleeper coach bus was on the way to Mumbai from Panaji (Goa), overturned at Puikhadi, killing three members of the family.
The deceased were identified as Nilu Gautam (43), Riddhima Gautam (17) and Sarthak Gautam (13), all resident of Manjri-Budruk in Pune district.
Getting an information, fire brigade personals of Kolhapur Municipal corporation and police team rushed to the spot to help victims.
