Hyderabad, Nov 1: In a fervent wish for the comprehensive development of the two Telugu states, the Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, embarked on a three-day Rajashyamala Yagam at his farmhouse in Erravalli, Markur Mandal, Siddipet district.

The Yagnam commenced in the early hours of Wednesday under the guidance of Swarupanandendra Swamy, the Peethadipathi of Visakhapatnam Sharada Peetha.

Ritviks from Telugu states, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka enthusiastically participated in the Yagnam.

Following the Gopuja ceremony, KCR and his spouse entered the Yagashala. The Yaga is initiated with Ganapati Puja, Punyahavachanam, and Panchagavya Prasanna.

The Yagnam is scheduled to conclude on Friday with the Purnahuti ceremony, according to official sources.
