Pune, Oct 3: The sixth edition of Cakeology Cake Fest and Beyond 2023 is set to captivate Mumbai at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from October 6th. This three-day extravaganza presents a golden opportunity for Pune’s bakers to immerse themselves in this premier exhibition.
Attendees can participate in cake decorating workshops led by renowned cake artists, both local and international. With 36 free mini workshops at the Bakersville Arena, beginners and seasoned pros alike can refine their cake decorating skills.
Subhashini Ramsingh of Fondbites School of Sugar Art will showcase the recreation of ‘Veer – The War Elephant,’ symbolizing the epic Battle of Hydaspes, where King Porus fearlessly rode atop Veer.
The event will feature the Cake Masters’ stand, allowing visitors to witness talented artists craft delectable confectionery items. Two live championships—’Out of the Box Championship’ in partnership with 7Sugarlane and ‘Chocolate Wars’ in partnership with Vanhouten Professional India—promise exciting competitions.
With 36 free classes, 24 demos on cake and bake by artists sharing their tips and tricks on stage, the event caters to aspiring bakers and cake enthusiasts.
The festival hosts the largest cake display competition in India, partnering with BakeHaven Confectioneries, featuring 200 competitors across five categories: wedding, sculpted, one-tier wonder, decorative cupcakes, and healthy treats.
Adding to the excitement, a showstopper cake competition in partnership with Cake Decor Royal Icing Art will see 12 artists from across India creating larger-than-life cakes under the theme “Around the World in One Day.”
