Mumbai, Nov 3: The Rupee on Friday opened on a flat note at 83.25 on selling of US dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit was seen unchanged amid strong opening in the stock market.
The rupee recorded intraday highs and lows at 83.26 and 83.28, respectively, the dealer added.
