A viral video revealed the Diwali gift from Reliance, which included a note from Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, and their family.
As Diwali nears, many Indian companies are offering gifts to their employees, including cash bonuses and a variety of sweets, nuts, and dried fruits.
Reliance Industries has upheld its tradition of generosity by surprising its employees with a special Diwali gift. This year’s considerate act has attracted considerable online attention, highlighting the company’s dedication to embracing the festive spirit.
Reliance Industries, under the leadership of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, has gifted its employees a box containing three packets of cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins, all elegantly presented in a cloth bag.
A software developer at Reliance Jio Infocomm posted a video showcasing her unboxing of a gift.
The white box, labeled with “Deepawali Greetings” and “Shubh Deepawali” in both English and Hindi, contained a white potli bag filled with packets of cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins.
The Instagram user captioned the viral video, which has garnered over 1.6 million views, as “Diwali present from Jio company @client company.”
The video has garnered more than 500 comments, showcasing various reactions to the gift. One user mentioned receiving an air fryer from their employer, while another shared that he received a cash bonus from his company for Diwali 2024.
Last year, as well as the previous year, Reliance presented its employees with a comparable pink box filled with nuts and dried fruits.
In July, employees of Reliance were presented with a special gift box in honor of Anant Ambani’s wedding to Radhika Merchant, marking a significant family event.
Many employees shared their excitement on social media, posting images and videos of the elegant red box adorned with gold lettering that conveyed heartfelt wishes from Mukesh and Nita Ambani, stating, “With the divine grace of our devis and devtas, we celebrate the wedding of Anant and Radhika.”
