Mumbai, Nov 4: The 33rd Inter-Railway RPF ‘Scientific Aids to Investigation’ Competition, held in Nashik, saw participants from various ranks across eight Zonal railways engaging in a competition spanning various forensic science categories.
Hosted by Central Railway at the Zonal Training Centre in Nashik, the event aimed to elevate the professional standards of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in the realm of investigation and adopt best practices from counterparts in the field. The competition concluded with a grand ceremony, attended by Naresh Lalwani, General Manager of Central Railway.
The competition featured a written test covering subjects such as crime investigation, criminal laws, fingerprints, observation, medico-legal tests, and police portraits, contributing to the enhancement of investigative skills within the Railway Protection Force.
