Chandigarh, Nov 30 – The Punjab government has declared a gazetted holiday on December 28 in the state on the Shaheedi Sabha, Sri Fatehgarh Sahib-2023.
An official spokesperson for the state government said on Wednesday that all the offices of the Punjab Govt, boards, corporations, and government educational institutions will remain closed in the state.
The said holiday is also announced to be a holiday as per the interpretation of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
