Pune Police Commissioner Ritesh Kumar Sets Record, Initiates Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) Against 100 Gangs
Pune, Dec 18 – In a noteworthy achievement, City Police Commissioner Ritesh Kumar has established a new record by invoking the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against 100 gangs.
Under his leadership since December 16 last year, a total of 649 individuals, including 69 juvenile delinquents, have faced legal action under MCOCA, marking a significant crackdown on organized crime, as reported by the police on Sunday.
