Mumbai, Dec 13 – Following the change in ownership of the company, Poonawalla Housing Finance Limited has been rebranded as Grihum Housing Finance Limited (GHFL).
Global private equity firm, TPG, acquired a 99.02 per cent equity stake in the company from Poonawalla Fincorp Limited earlier this year, a press release said here on Tuesday.
