National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah expressed deep sadness over the incident, emphasizing the toll Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel have paid in the prolonged fight against terrorism.
Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti condemned the rise in targeted killings in the region, extending her condolences to Dar’s family. BJP General Secretary Organization Ashok Koul denounced the terrorist attack, demanding severe punishment for the culprits. J&K Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari expressed concern over the recent spate of attacks, calling for authorities to rein in such elements for lasting peace. In the past three days, there have been three targeted militant attacks in Kashmir, raising alarm in the region.
