SpiceJet Airline faced intense criticism after a flight was purportedly postponed for an astounding three hours. A video of the incident, which happened at the Kolkata Airport, was circulated on social media. 

After watching the aforementioned video, the majority of internet users became irritated because they could relate to the problems the passengers in the clip were experiencing. 

An airline employee was being attacked by a group of passengers in the video, which went immediately. It was clear that the passengers were upset about the whole ordeal, accusing the staff of being the reason for the delay and berating him for not treating the situation ‘seriously.’

As per further information, an X user “Ghar Ke Kalesh” uploaded the video to X which had a caption “Kalesh between passengers and Spicejet staff for flight being delayed for more than 3 hours.”

Many online users were irritated by the video because it reminded them of similar experiences they had. The SpiceJet airline was also criticized by many for delaying and cancelling flights more frequently than necessary. Some advised avoiding SpiceJet and making other travel arrangements. As soon as it was posted on social media, the video went viral. Around 43 thousand people have viewed the post.
