Mumbai, Oct 19 : Renowned farmer leader Pasha Patel, a long-time associate of the late Gopinath Munde and former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), has been appointed as the Chairman of the State Agricultural Value Commission. A government order confirming his appointment was issued on Wednesday.

Patel is widely recognized as a scholarly figure in agriculture, possessing an in-depth understanding of farmers’ issues. His extensive contributions to the field of agriculture are well-known. Notably, his project in Ausa serves as a model for bamboo cultivation, research, and the production of various bamboo-based products.
