Niti Aayog Vice-Chairman Suman Berry Meets Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Discusses Infrastructure and Industrial Growth

Mumbai, Nov 9 Vice-chairman of Niti Aayog, Suman Berry, on Wednesday met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at the latter’s official Varsha bungalow. Industrial investment is growing in the state due to good infrastructure, communication facilities in Maharashtra and the state government has also taken important steps to grant permits to industries at a fast pace, he said while speaking on the occasion. He further said that efforts are being made to speed up medium, small and micro industries in the state. The Chief Minister said that the roads in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, are being concretised and there is a determination to make Mumbai pothole-free in next two years, he added. Shinde made an appeal to support the development projects in the state through NITI Aayog
