Mumbai, Nov11: In a dramatic turn of events, NCP (Sharad Pawar Group) State President, Jayant Patil, has accused the rival NCP (Ajit Pawar Group) of submitting false affidavits. Patil alleges that the rival faction has enlisted individuals, including 10-year-old children, Zomato delivery boys, and housewives, as the purported district presidents of the party. He emphatically stated that these individuals have no affiliation with the NCP (Ajit Pawar Group).
Amidst the ongoing differences within the government regarding Maratha reservation, Patil addressed the issue, pointing out that certain members of the government are tarnishing the image of OBCs, while others are doing the same to the Marathas. He appealed to the state government to make a judicious decision on the matter.
The internal strife within the NCP adds a new dimension to the political landscape, raising questions about the credibility and transparency of the party’s internal processes.
