Nagpur, Dec 14 – MLC Satyajeet Tambe on Wednesday slammed the Maharashtra government for not implementing the old pension scheme (OPS) even as teachers continued to protest for months.
Tambe paid a visit to extend support to teachers protesting here on the issue.
Tambe warned the government that the fraternity will continue to protest until the OPS is implemented.
“The teaching staff has come down in thousands and are going through hardships to convey their demands and voice their opinions to the government,” Tambe said.
