Mumbai, Oct 17: Anti Narcotic cell of Mumbai police raided a factory in Nashik where mephedrone was allegedly being manufactured and seized 8 kg narcotics worth Rs 16 crore in the international market on Monday.
The factory was located at Chincholi MIDC of Mohol taluka in Solapur .
Acting on the complaint, police raided the factory which was on paper closed and was not manufacturing any drug but was actually involved in manufacturing MD drug.
Police have arrested two persons in this regard and investigation is on, officials said
