Mumbai, Oct 20: Maharashtra State Common Entrance Examination Hall and Admission Regulatory Authority on Thursday launched an Online Review Application System (ARA Module), in presence of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Higher Education Minister Chandrakant Patil here.
Approximately three lakh students are admitted every year through the State CET Chamber, which conducts a centralised admission process for first-year admissions in private professional educational institutions.
Through this, the Admission Regulatory Authority does the job of approving admission of the admitted
candidates.
This process has been developed through an online system to speed up and facilitate the process of approval of such proposals submitted to the Admissions Regulatory Authority.
Through this online system, the process of submission of reconsideration petition has been made very easy for the candidates as well as the colleges.
Hence, this online system will be useful for colleges, candidates and parents, said the Chief Minister.
