Hyderabad, Nov 22 – Telangana Minister and BRS Working President, K T Rama Rao, called on voters in Dubbaka Assembly constituency to use their votes as a powerful tool against the Congress party.

Speaking at a gathering in Daulatabad, KTR criticized BJP candidate Raghunandan Rao for failing to fulfill promises made during the by-election. He highlighted the unmet commitments, including assistance for unemployed youth, pensions for handloom and beedi workers, free fertilizers for farmers, free education and healthcare facilities, an outer ring road for Dubbaka town, and more.

KTR emphasized that Raghunandan Rao has not delivered on these promises and has only been vocal in TV debates. He urged voters to use their votes wisely and oppose opposition parties.

Referring to an incident where a Congress activist allegedly stabbed BRS candidate Kotha Prabakar Reddy during the election campaign, KTR urged voters to use their votes as a tool to assert their stance against such incidents.

Addressing accusations of BRS grabbing lands in Dubbaka, KTR dismissed the claims and reminded the public that the BRS manifesto includes promises to provide complete ownership of assigned lands.

Taking a swipe at the Congress party for its stance on farmer-related policies, KTR criticized leaders like Revanth Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Batti Vikramarka for their contradictory views. He highlighted the BRS party’s manifesto, which includes life insurance cover for BPL families, superfine rice supply under the Telangana Annapurna scheme, monthly honorarium for eligible women, increased Asara pension, affordable gas cylinders, and expanded Aarogyasri coverage.

KTR concluded by stating that the upcoming election would decide the fate of Dubbaka and Telangana. He urged voters to make informed decisions and choose wisely.

The BRS Working President affirmed that despite political heavyweights visiting Telangana, Chief Minister KCR would fight the election alone like a lion. The election, he emphasized, holds significant importance for the future of the constituency and the state.
