Chennai, Oct 2: Tamil Nadu Governor R.N.Ravi on Monday paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
Mr Ravi paid floral tributes to a portrait of Mr Shastri at Raj Bhavan. Union Minister L.Murugan also paid rich tributes to Mr Shastri Tashkent.
