Mumbai, Oct 25: Expressing deep sentiments, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde conveyed that Dhammachakra Pravartan Day holds the essence of a social revolution and extended his wishes for the auspicious occasion.
In his message, the Chief Minister affirmed his commitment to metamorphose the Diksha Bhoomi, emphasizing its historical significance as the foundation of a social revolution laid by Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. He acknowledged Dr. Ambedkar’s teachings as a global guide and highlighted the initiation of thousands into Buddhist Dhamma at Deeksha Bhoomi.
