Dhruv Sapliga, a Class 12 student from Challenger Public School, has achieved remarkable success by winning a gold medal in the prestigious SOF International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO). Not only did he secure the 72nd rank at the international level, but he also topped the Maharashtra zone, bringing immense pride to both his school and the state.

The SOF IMO is conducted annually to test mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills of students across the country. Dhruv’s achievement is a result of his strong grasp of mathematics, dedication, and consistent hard work.

This year, the Olympiad saw participation from millions of students across 96,499 schools in 72 countries. Among this vast pool of competitors, Dhruv’s determination helped him stand out and achieve a distinguished position.

Dhruv’s Awards Include:

  • Zonal Gold Medal – SOF IMO
  • Cash Prize of ₹5,000
  • Certificate of Zonal Excellence

To honor his outstanding performance, the school’s director, Mr. Sandeep Kate, felicitated Dhruv and his parents with a bouquet and a token of appreciation.
