Mahoba (UP), Oct 27: Two youths were killed and one more was injured when a motorcycle was hit by a car in Sadar Kotwali area of Mahoba district in Uttar Pradesh, a police officer said on Friday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) RP Rai said that the incident took place late on Thursday night when Rahul Ahirwar (27), a resident of Jarakhar village in Hamirpur district, along with Arendra Rathore (26) and Sonu Pal (23) were going to meet his relatives in Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh.
He said that on Khajuraho-Luvkush Nagar Road, their motorcycle was hit by the car, killing Rahul Ahirwar on the spot.
“The injured were taken to the district hospital, where Arendra Rathore succumbed to injuries. Sonu Pal was referred to Jhansi Medical College in a serious condition,” he said.
