Luxury BMW Stolen From Shilpa Shetty’s Upscale Restaurant Bastian In Mumbai
A BMW Z4 worth ₹80 lakh was stolen from the parking lot of Shilpa Shetty’s high-end restaurant, Bastian – At the Top, located on the 48th floor of Kohinoor Square in Dadar West. The incident occurred on Sunday when a guest, 34-year-old businessman Ruhan Firoz Khan, discovered his luxury vehicle missing after dining at the restaurant.
Ruhan arrived at Bastian around 1 am, accompanied by two friends, and entrusted his car keys to the valet staff employed by the restaurant. After dinner, he requested the staff to bring his car, only to learn that it had vanished. CCTV footage from the parking area later revealed that unknown individuals had driven away with the BMW around 2 am. Shocked by the theft, Ruhan immediately reported the incident to the Shivaji Park police.
Investigation Underway
Upon receiving Ruhan’s complaint, the police registered a case under section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, which deals with theft offenses. Police are actively reviewing CCTV footage to trace the suspects, according to Ruhan’s advocate, Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh.
