Nashik, Dec 8 – A 22-year-old youth who had attempted suicide allegedly by jumping from fourth floor of a building in Tagore Nagar area on the Nashik-Pune highway here and was injured, died during treatment in a hospital on Thursday.
The youth jumped from fourth floor of Raj Jewellers building in the area and received serious injuries to his head, hand and chest.
He was admitted to the hospital for further treatment, where he succumbed to injuries during treatment.
The deceased was identified as Shantanu Sunil Jadhav (22), resident of Sharda Sankul, Tagornagar, Nashik Road.
The Upnagar Police has registered a case of accidental death in regards to this incident.
