Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma
Guwahati, Dec 5 – About 12 lakh houses were built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) in villages across Assam in the past two and half years, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Tuesday.
“Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) is an ambitious initiative taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide pucca houses to the people of rural areas.’
Govt of Assam in the past two and half years constructed 12 lakh houses under PMAY in villages across Assam, Sarma said on X ( formerly known as Twitter).
