Mumbai, Nov 23: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Finance and Planning Ajit Pawar on Wednesday directed the relevant departments to take immediate necessary action to receive all the funds approved by the Finance Commission.
Pawar was speaking during the review meeting of the funds received by the state from the central government through the fifteenth finance commission.
The concerned departments should take immediate necessary action to get all the funds approved by the 15th Finance Commission for various projects and schemes in the stat, he said..
Pawar also said that after the end of the winter session, the department will review the action taken in this regard
