Qualification Pathways for Teams:
- South Africa: Need to win at least one of their remaining two matches against India and Afghanistan.
- Australia: Must win all three remaining matches against England, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh to finish on 14 points.
- New Zealand: Need to win both remaining matches against Pakistan and Sri Lanka and finish with a better net run rate than at least one of the four other teams (India, South Africa, Australia, Afghanistan) that can reach 12 points.
- Pakistan: Have to win both remaining matches and finish with a better net run rate than many other teams that can also finish on 10 points.
- Afghanistan: Must win at least one but ideally all three remaining matches against Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa to finish on 12 points.
- Sri Lanka: Need to win two remaining matches against Bangladesh and New Zealand to finish on 8 points and increase net run rate.
- Netherlands: Must win at least two but ideally all three remaining matches against Afghanistan, England, and India to finish on 10 points and increase net run rate.
- Bangladesh: Cannot qualify for the knockout stage.
- England: Must win all three remaining matches against Australia, Netherlands, and Pakistan to finish on 8 points and increase net run rate.
